For Queen-Soulia's contest!!

When I first read about her contest I knew I HAD TO participate!
The theme of the contest's sky + dreams + flying. A PERFECT theme for me!
If you know my OC Arril, you must've noticed she's often pictured flying in the blue sky~

She's a character that I first dreamt of! In the dream there was an angel girl living in a cold and gloomy city where it always rained. One day she discoveres small, translucent wings on her back. When she finds out she can actually fly, she tries to go through the dark clouds and check what's up there. This is the moment when she sees blue sky for the first time ever
